Description

Alma Mistica is a white wine of the D.O. Valencia elaborated by Bodegas Murviedro. It is a very aromatic white wine, ideal as an aperitif and to accompany salads, fish, seafood and white meats.

Selection of grapes, destemming, soft crushed and cold maceration of the Viura variety. Selection and elaboration under the carbonated maceration technique of the Muscat variety. Assembly and fermentation under temperature control.

ORIGIN
The Denominación de Origen Protegida Valencia is near the Mediterranean coast in the East of the country where the altitude varies between 250m and 1000m. The climate is warm with strong influences from the Mediterranean sea. For centuries grapes have been grown in the chalk clay soil which together with the constant presence of strong sunlight produces fruity wines with a good structure and smooth tannins.
