It’s not hard to see why this prosecco is aptly named Stardust; the Bottega glass bottle is showered in diamantes that twinkle from all angles. As for what’s inside? Well, that’s an elegant vintage made from Glera grapes, grown in Italy’s Treviso hills. Full of fruity (pear and peach) and floral (acacia and wisteria) flavour, it’s a well-balanced, mineral cuvée. There doesn’t have to be an occasion to pop this cork, but it’s made to add to the celebrations
Bottega Stardust is a Prosecco DOC, obtained from the vinification of Glera grapes grown in the hilly areas of the province of Treviso. It is a product of great visual impact: the traditional oak glass bottle is entirely covered in a galaxy of crystals. The “Stardust” effect makes the moment of the aperitif and toast particularly brilliant. The front of the bottle has a space without glitter where the Bottega logo is reproduced, the signature of all the ‘bubbles’ produced by the company. The packaging is completed by an elegant case.
CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Alcohol 11%
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS:
Brilliant, straw yellow, characterized by a rich, creamy and persistent foam and a fine perlage.
Smell: The nose is typical and elegant, with fruity (apple, pear, peach, citrus) and floral (acacia, wisteria, lily of the valley and a delicate final note of rose) notes.
Taste: On the palate it is harmonious, refined, persistent and has a good balance between the structure and the pleasant mineral notes.
